Mason boys set school record in win over La Salle

Mason boys bowling team continue their undefeated season and set a new record.
On Wednesday, the mason boys team matched up against a familiar foe, Lasalle High School. Lasalle made a valiant effort and threw their best match of the year at Mason, scoring 2997. However Mason also managed their best match of the year, scoring a season high, and, school record 3190. All Mason boys had phenomenal days but Aiden Hunt led the charge with a 278, 226 series. All of the boys averaged over 200 for the day. The 3190 set a new all time single match record.

Mason set school record 3190 series in a tight battle with Lasalle pulling out a 3190 - 2997 victory . Both teams were outstanding all day long. All five starters for Mason averaged over 209 for day. Aiden Hunt led way with 504 series, followed by Timmy Hollenbeck 487 , Jack Riley 477 , Caden Graham 458 and Ogden Nijakowski 418. After fantastic individual games the team averaged 211 for all 4 baker games to hold off a very tough Lasalle team. Lasalle had some outstanding series also led by Quentin Morgan 486 series followed by Noah Seng477 and Alex Fischer 436 . Mason remains undefeated on the season ,now sets a giant match up next Friday at undefeated Oak Hills for the GMC Championship.
