St. Ursula Bulldogs get first conference sweep over the Ursuline Lions

The Bulldogs were back on the lanes hosting a conference match against the Ursuline Lions. This was another battle till the end for both teams and the Bulldogs were happy to come out with the victory! This is the varsity Bulldogs first conference win of the season and will energize them to push through until the holiday break. The JV Bulldogs were also able to come out with a conference win, which makes this their second of the season!

The varsity Bulldogs were led by senior, Payton Beard with a 2-game total of 391 (203, 188) and the JV Bulldogs were led by sophomore, Katie Samson with a 2-game total of 311 (154, 157). Final scores for the Varsity match were 2,166 to 2,075 and for the JV match were 1,471 to 1,274. The Bulldogs will be back on the lanes Thursday, December 7th at 4pm vs Oak Hills at Stone Lanes.
