St. Ursula Bulldogs get a win on the road vs Mason

Monday, January 9th the Bulldogs traveled to Mason to take on the Comets. SUA Varsity started off hot with a 912 in the first game. Senior, Alli Shattuck shot 280 to assist the Bulldogs in their early lead. The Bulldogs went on to defeat the Comets with an overall total of 2354-2168.

The Varsity Bulldogs were led by Alli Shattuck with with a 483 series (280, 203) which broke the school record for high individual 2 game series (previously held by Alli from the 2021-2022 season). Junior, Payton Beard was the next leading scorer with games of 175, 205 for a 380 total.

The JV Bulldogs came ready to play on Monday. With game totals of 519 and 614, the Bulldogs took an early lead going into bakers. They were able to hold of their lead and defeat the Comets 1582-1460.

The JV Bulldogs were led by Freshmen, Shelby Luebbering with a two game series of 293 and Jaelyn Phillips with a two game series of 231.

The Bulldogs are on the road all week and will taking on Mount Norte Dame at Crossgate Lanes on Tuesday, January 10th for a GGCL match up.
